This is the cover page of Ashburn's Code of Ordinances, which was republished in 2007 by order of the City Council. It lists who held office when it was republished and a second list of 'current officials,' and it explains how the section numbers and history notes work. The Charter Comparative Table (node CHCOTA) shows which city ordinances or resolutions changed which Charter sections, from 2002 through 2024.
