Sec. 62-4Billboard owners responsible for clean condition of sign and environs

Unchanged since 1983
Plain English: what this chapter covers

This is the city's general 'don't do it' chapter. It covers firing guns, loitering, noise, fireworks, juvenile and park curfews, disorderly conduct, littering, false burglar alarms and abandoned shopping carts. Most violations go to Ashburn Municipal Court.

The owners of billboards within the city shall see that all loose papers, bills or other litter are promptly removed, thus removing all liability or chance of such loose papers, bills or litter from being blown on the sidewalks or streets.
