Plain English: what this chapter covers
This is the city's general 'don't do it' chapter. It covers firing guns, loitering, noise, fireworks, juvenile and park curfews, disorderly conduct, littering, false burglar alarms and abandoned shopping carts. Most violations go to Ashburn Municipal Court.
It shall be unlawful for any person to mechanically dig or excavate anywhere within the city without having first obtained a permit to do so issued by the mayor and council through the office of the city clerk.
