Sec. 74-51[Display of goods in public places prohibited.]
Plain English: what this chapter covers
This chapter covers parade permits, displaying merchandise on sidewalks, and the rules utility companies must follow to put lines, pipes and poles in city rights-of-way. The old interstate sign rules here were repealed in 2011.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use any street, sidewalk, or other public place within the city limits as space for the display of goods or merchandise for sale.
