Plain English: what this chapter covers
This chapter covers parade permits, displaying merchandise on sidewalks, and the rules utility companies must follow to put lines, pipes and poles in city rights-of-way. The old interstate sign rules here were repealed in 2011.
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all utilities and facilities occupying the rights-of-way as provided herein.
