ARTICLE IX. FALSE ALARMS

Newest change 2009
Plain English: what this chapter covers

This is the city's general 'don't do it' chapter. It covers firing guns, loitering, noise, fireworks, juvenile and park curfews, disorderly conduct, littering, false burglar alarms and abandoned shopping carts. Most violations go to Ashburn Municipal Court.

Editor's note— Ord. No. 09-02, §§ 1—8, adopted March 5, 2009, did not specify manner of inclusion; hence, codification as a new art. IX, §§ 62-201—62-207, was at the discretion of the editor.

Cross reference— Fire prevention and protection, ch. 42; law enforcement, ch. 58.
