Plain English: what this chapter covers
This is the city's general 'don't do it' chapter. It covers firing guns, loitering, noise, fireworks, juvenile and park curfews, disorderly conduct, littering, false burglar alarms and abandoned shopping carts. Most violations go to Ashburn Municipal Court.
(a) Ashburn Police Department, the monitoring agency for the false alarm article, will make notification to any owner or occupier of the premises who have violated the article.
(b) The chief of police will issue a written notice of all false alarms to alarm users. This notice is in addition to the notice issued to the key holder answering the false alarm.
