This chapter covers parade permits, displaying merchandise on sidewalks, and the rules utility companies must follow to put lines, pipes and poles in city rights-of-way. The old interstate sign rules here were repealed in 2011.

This article shall not prohibit the sale of goods and merchandise during festivals and other public events that are approved and sanctioned by the city council by resolution.
