Plain English: what this chapter covers
This chapter covers parade permits, displaying merchandise on sidewalks, and the rules utility companies must follow to put lines, pipes and poles in city rights-of-way. The old interstate sign rules here were repealed in 2011.
All appeals provided for by this article and any notification to the city required by this article shall be in writing and sent via certified mail to the director of public service as specified in this article.
